A picture of Jenny bending over by her garden for a photograph

Hi, I'm Jenny

I am a recent graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Master in Human-Computer Interaction. As an undergrad, I double-majored in biology and environmental science at Bucknell University.

I have always been passionate about art and design, teaching myself both traditional and digital art from a young age. Three years ago I started my UX journey making icons, 3D renders, website prototypes, and NFTs (before I knew how bad they were for the environment). This opened an entirely new world of user research and design for me, where I could blend my love of creating things with my background in biology, environmental science, psychology, and scientific research.

When I am not learning new UX skills, I love being outdoors. Whether it is hiking mountains or going for walks around Pittsburgh, if I am in a natural setting, I feel at peace. I have a strong affinity for plants and a knack for identifying them in the wild!
